Preamble
This is impossible, and is one of those frustrating points were you just want to give up playing. I’m playing on the XBox360.
Hit X and then the RT flash up onscreen. Do you hold the X and RT, or just tap, or a combination of those?
Ten times I’ve tried this, only to fail, end up being stabbed and get pushed back to the boring save point.
One time I hit X, and instead of going to the usual RT, I got knocked back, and the red X flashed up again, and then the RT.
It seems like I’m not the only one finding it tedious

The trick is to hold the X button down continuously, once the red button flashes on the screen and then press RT, when RT flashes up on the screen. At least, this worked for me.
