Preamble
I saw a Fusion Breeze Plus LX40 for sale cheap on eBay, under the nondescript title of li po battery charger, £1.79 + £3.95. This is a very cheap charger, that can not balance or discharge or be calibrated, and can only charge up to 4S batteries.
